Documents required: Birth Certificates of both parties. Notarized affidavit required standing that both parties are single and free to marry. If single, certificate of Marital Status. If divorced, certificate of divorce. If widowed, certificate of marriage and certificate of spouses death. Documents translated into Spanish and legalized by the Cuban Consul in the issuing country. All the documents must be at the hotel at least 2 weeks prior to the couple's arrival in Cuba (it can be faxed).
