Las horas de recogida en los hoteles se calculan de la siguiente forma:

Viajes Multidestinos, organizador de estos paquetes declara explfcitamente que actua como interinediario entre el usuario de los mismos, por una parte y por la otra las entidades o personas Ilamadas a proporcionar los servicios incluidos, tales como empresas de transports aereo y teffestre, hoteles, restaurantes, otras agencias de viajes, etc. Por lo tanto, se comprometen a solicitor los servicios especificados y de acuerdo a la disponibilidad de los misos.

Si por causa de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, los prestadores de servicios contratados no pudieran proporcionarlo parcial o totalmente, la agencia de viajes organizadora no se hace responsable de reembolso de los mismos.

La agencia de viaje declina toda la responsabilidad por danos, heridas, accidentes, retrasos o irregularidades que durante la ejecucion de los servicios pudieran ocurrir al usuario (aplicara segun clausula de seguro de viajero).

La agencia de viajes organizadora se exime de cualquier responsabilidad derivada del incumplimiento por parte del usuario, de los reglamentos o condiciones establecidas por cada uno de los prestadores de servicios contratados.

Hoteles - Los mencionados en cada programa, en caso de no poder conseguir alojaniiento en alguno de estos hoteles por causa de fuerza mayor, congresos, ferias o eventos politicos, nos reservarnos el derecho de proporcionar alojamiento en hoteles de similar o superior categoria.

Alimentos - Los mencionados en cada programa.

Cambio de fecha de los paquetes: 10 USD:

Cambio de fecha del solo aire

Con mas de 48 hrs: Sin recargo

Con menos de 48 hrs: 30 USD

Cancelaciones de los paquetes:

Con mas de 48 hrs: 10 USD

Con menos de 48 hrs: 50 % de paquete

Cancelaciones del solo aire

Con mas de 48 hrs: Sin recargo

Con menos de 48 hrs: 50 % del boleto

No presentacion en paquetes y solo aire:

Se penaliza con el 70% del precio publicado.

2.-Una vez confirmado pueden informarlo a los pasajeros.

The following suggestions and explanations will be very useful for a better understanding and use of the manual.

The arrival and departure times of flights are local :

Havana Hotels: 3 hr before the flight departure.

East Beaches Hotels: 3 1/2 hr before the flight departure

Varadero Hotels: 5 hr before flight departure.

2 1/2 hr when leaving through Varadero Airport.

Passengers needing a visa to travel to any destination must obtain it by themself.

I.- Provide the clients with the neccessary  information

2.- Verify the immigration requirements applied.

3.- Fill-in the Booking Request Form.

4.- Collect and fill the receipt.

5. - Transmit the reservation to the Central Office of VACATION PLUS!, as agreed.

 Each one can be used for the reservation of up to 3 passengers, under the condition of using the same room. The upper part of the form is used for all destinations.

  It is personal and will be the only document issued by the seller to the client.'

The receipt, on both sides, will have information?nation of great value for the client regarding flight schedule, pick-up time, etc.

 The VACATION PLUS! Representative will hand it to the passengers at the airport, after previous presentation of the reservation receipt. The voucher will be used as an air ticket (round trip) and as a proof of purchase to enjoy the other services included in the program (lodging and transfers), the client is required to keep it for the whole trip.

Multidestination Travel Agency, organizer of these packages, declares explicitly that it is the only intennedia between passegers of these pakages on one side, and by the other side entities or peoples providing the services included such as air/ road transport companies, hotels, restaurants, others travel agencies, etc. Whereas they are responsable to request the services specified according to their abailability.

If in case offorce major orfortuit cases, the providers could not supply their services partial or totally, the organizer travel agency is not responsable for any refound.

The travel agency is not responsable for any daage, wounds, accidents, delaies or irregularities that may accur to passengers during the execution of the servicies (this is under traveler insurance item).

Tlze organizer travel agency is not responsable for any unfulfillment in which the passenger may incur regarding the regulations and conditons established by any of each suppliers contrated.

Every passenger is responsable for their documents to be completed and in order.

Hotels - Mentioned in each program, in case of difference with those mentioned due to force major, congress, fairs or political events, the agency has the right to provide lodging in similar or superior category hotels.

Meals - The mentioned in each program.

Transfers - According to the program, the travel agency is not responsable for forgotten stuff or personal items on coaches airplanes or rooms.

Less than 48 hr:30 USD
