Documents required: Birth Certificates of both parties. Notarized affidavit required standing that both parties are single and free to marry. If single, certificate of Marital Status. If divorced, certificate of divorce. If widowed, certificate of marriage and certificate of spouses death. Private address, occupation, level of education and passport number and nationality of both parties. Full name of parents (whether living or deceased). All the documents must be at the hotel at least three weeks prior to the couple's arrival in Cuba (it can be faxed). The couple must be in Cuba at least 72 hours before the ceremony. All weddings are performed by a Public Notary on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
